2115 hrs: an  8" rise in the water level since 17 hrs.

13 November 1944: River has risen 15". Approx speed 2" in one hour. 2150 hrs: a 14" rise since this morning at 1000 hrs, it seems to have slowed down to 1" in an hour.

14 November 1944: 1510 hrs: River is now only rising ½" an hour. 1757 hrs: River seems to have been stationery since 1515 hrs.
